At Artika Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home professional upgrades. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original professional packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
